[webtests] Remove duplicate expectation files
When fixing the -expected.txt files, I mistakenly copied them a
second time on a nested level. This CL removes all expected files
from `platform/generic/platform/generic`.

Fix Lighthouse web tests for new panel
The new panel will refresh it's entire content after a runtime setting
is changed. After the first refresh, the web tests were working with
checkboxes that were no longer in the DOM. This CL updates the web tests
so they are always working with the checkboxes in the DOM.

[web tests] Move expected files to the new location
Expectation files moved upstream in Chromium so we also have to
mirror the new structure in DevTools.
