Songtao Xia ccd11ec207 Add css rules for navigation buttons when focused in screencast.
Accessibility issue: when using keyboard to navigate to navigation
buttons (back, forward, and reload) in screencast, they are not focused.

We noticed that when the focus is supposed to be on the said buttons,
the button has focus but there is no visual indication. We add a css
rule so that the focus is shown the same way as being hovered over.

Image before: (from navigation url, use shift+tab, to reload or back
buttons. Button does not show focus.)

https://imgur.com/BXjJHmp

Images after: (same as above, but the button has an outline color
indicating focus)

Tim van der Lippe d1c8d6c721 Fix protocol dispatcher type generation
The dispatchers must be separate types, as they are implemented
in the SDK models. These models can't implement the *Api interface,
as these are auto-generated in the InspectorBackend.

A follow-up CL will change the Closure type generator to also
understand the new ProtocolProxyApi dispatcher interfaces, to
unblock further typescriptification of the SDK models.

Tim van der Lippe 49155916d1 Use Ninja copy action instead of build_release_applications.py to copy HTML entrypoints
Previously, we were storing the information about the HTML entrypoints
in the `{entrypoint}.json`, so that `build_release_applications.py`
would copy these files over to the `resources/inspector` directory.

Rather than using a Python script for this, we can use the Ninja
copy action. This allows us to enforce that the correct outputs
are passed to `generate_devtools_grd`.

For legacy reasons, we can't apply the same solution to the
integration_test_runner.html. It will therefore be fixed in a
follow-up CL.

A future change can use the target_outputs of
`front_end_html_entrypoints` to automatically generate the GRD
files as well.

Peter Marshall 99853e43b7 Display names for Workers in the Performance panel (if they have them)
Users can give workers a name via the options param when they construct
it. We didn't display this previously on the performance panel, although
we already do in the sources panel.

The user-supplied name is stored on the target, so we need to look up
the target for the worker. The profiling data itself comes from tracing
and doesn't contain the name.

We keep the URL in the output as this is still useful.

Changhao Han dd5c216004 Revert CDP error handling and use invoke_ for emulation
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/devtools/devtools-frontend/+/1934208
changed the behavior for handling errors emitted by CDP. It made
`InspectorBackend.js` reject on errors rather than resolving with
`null`.

However, the majority of existing callsites of the CDP invocations
cannot handle promise rejections, which led to bugs such as
https://crbug.com/1063012 (logging to the console was broken).

This patch reverts back to the original behavior of resolving with
`null` until we can design a gradual migration strategy to safely
rejecting CDP errors with error messages.

This CL also updates EmulationModel to use `invoke_` for CDP commands
when error messages are potentially useful.

Tim van der Lippe 32377e38e6 Optimize tsc calls by skipping lib checks for is_debug=true
Our invocations to `tsc` are slower than expected. Following the
performance guide on the TypeScript wiki [1], we can apply some
optimizations for our build.

The most promising optimization is skipping the checks for all
declaration files. The ts_library is heavily depended on the
declaration files, as we use project references behind the scenes.
Moreover, we use several "global" declaration files that are large.

Since we have strict control over the declaration files that are
generated, we can omit the lib checks during development. For safety,
we will remaining checking the libs on a release build, to catch
potential issues. Therefore, condition the skipping on the `is_debug`
flag in the typescript.gni definition.

Julian Geppert e9a1b37746 Forbid adding blank entries in DataGrid
Blank key value pairs can currently be added in local and session storage which leads to the ui displaying two empty entries instead of one.
Blank entries can currently be added because comparison of newText (empty string) and the previous value (null) evaluates to true in DataGridImpl._editingCommitted.
This PR changes this by setting the previous value (valueBeforeEditing) to empty string in case it is null.
