Benedikt Meurer a7e35555f8 [sources] Fix a bunch of UX regressions with "Code Folding".
This addresses a bunch of styling issues that regressed with the
migration to CodeMirror 6 wrt. "Code Folding", namely:

1. Use `cursor: pointer` when hovering over the expand/collapse
   triangles.
2. Show collapse triangles only when hovering the gutter, while expand
   triangles are always shown.
3. Properly align the expand triangle (was off by 5px).

DevTools frontend is also available on NPM as the chrome-devtools-frontend package. It's not currently available via CJS or ES modules, so consuming this package in other tools may require some effort.

The version number of the npm package (e.g. 1.0.373466) refers to the Chromium commit position of latest frontend git commit. It's incremented with every Chromium commit, however the package is updated roughly daily.
