Sigurd Schneider 3135ebe53e Store affected resources on ConsoleMessage ...

This CL extracts the affected resources associated with a console
message from the exception meta-data and makes the information
available on the ConsoleMessage.

At a later point in time we may unify this with the logic of
Logs.NetworkLog.NetworkLog.requestForConsoleMessage
