* chore: bump @github/copilot-sdk to 1.0.15-preview.3 * agentHost: align copilotRuntimeVersion with SDK 1.0.15-preview.3 bundled runtime @github/copilot-sdk 1.0.15-preview.3 bundles Copilot runtime 1.0.89-3, but package.json and remote/package.json still declared 1.0.89-1, which fails the build/gulpfile.vscode.ts consistency check in hygiene, compile, and test jobs.
