Ingest the upstream master runtime pinned in the previous commit and
carry every channel across the upstream changes without adding product
behaviour of our own.

- Vendor the new first-party packages (dsh-otel,
  experimental-schedule-bundle, client-product-analytics), resolve them
  to the local tarballs and declare dsh-otel for Stable and Beta so the
  runtime closure stays complete.
- Keep upstream Desktop product analytics off in all three channels:
  Stable and Beta disable the `desktop-product-telemetry` and
  `product-analytics` rows at launch, Next disables them in its cordis
  patch. The exporter also needs the upstream Electron shell's
  DSH_CLIENT_VERSION, which no DSH Desktop launcher provides.
- Next follows the Scheduled Tasks move to the official
  experimental-schedule-bundle: the plugin card opens and toggles the
  bundle, the retired item slots are removed, and existing Profiles are
  migrated by profile-schedule.ts. verify-host now exercises bundle
  enable/disable and restart persistence.
- Rebase the ui-plugin-manager and ui-settings-account patches onto the
  new upstream sources, and give the Next plugin-detail test fixture the
  `configForms` service the upstream controller now injects.
- Privacy notice 1.1: record that product analytics stays disabled and
  that session telemetry defaults to feedback-only.

zp-home 8f70169064 chore(upstream): pin dsh master 21638c5631 for Stable and Beta 
Upstream master has not bumped its package versions past 0.1.7-rc.2, so
both channels move together and keep the 0.1.7-rc.2 runtime label until
the next official tag is cut.

新用户走完桌面设置向导后，不再衔接"桌面设置已完成 / 登录 DeepSeek"过渡页，
也不再交给官方 welcome/credit/purpose/process 四页介绍，直接进入应用；
Stable/Beta 保留"桌面设置已保存，下次重启后生效"提示与「立即重启」按钮。

- Stable/Beta/Next 一起移除登录续接：bridge 的 accountPending 与 dismissAccount、
  dismiss-account IPC、`.account` 标记（旧版本遗留的标记会在下次完成时清掉）、
  Next manifest 里的 accountPending。
- applyPending 不再被登录续接挡住。
- 官方 settings-account 补丁和 onboarding.desktop.before 插槽保持不变，
  只是我们的插槽组件不再调用 renderNext。
- 官方引导里的聊天详情模式、开发者工具等偏好保持默认，用户可在设置中修改；
  登录改由账户菜单进入。

测试：Next 的 account-continuation.spec 改为 setup-continuation.spec；
浏览器验证脚本改为断言设置完成后没有任何引导界面。

#1198 的审核后续：

- 向导写入的模式不弹原生重启确认，但之后改成别的值即作废；
  再改回来照常提示（原来会一直静默，切回后点了没反应）
- 只有通知写失败时，模式那半仍算已保存，不再冒出本该压住的重启弹窗
- 拿不到写入入口时在写任何东西之前就拒绝，不留"市场生效、模式没生效"的半套
- Host 读偏好也以磁盘上的最新文件为准，设置页立即显示向导选的市场/AA
- 原装 layout 包的校验按保存的模式做，与改动前语义一致

stable 与 beta 同步修改。

#1194 把向导嵌进官方引导页后，"开始使用"只写了偏好文件和插件市场，
没有把模式、材质、浏览器访问、局域网、通知写进 Profile 的
cordis.patch.yml；新装用户没有旧版 settings.yaml 可导入，选择被静默丢弃。

- 向导完成时经由 Host 的设置服务写入 Profile 补丁层（与顶栏切模式同路）
- 向导自己写入的值不再弹原生重启确认，以免打断随后的官方登录
- Host 写偏好文件前先读磁盘上的最新内容，避免把向导选的市场/AA 改回旧值
- Profile 热重载时 layout 相关行按当前这一代的模式组合，新模式在重启后生效；
  否则运行中改模式会抽掉 ui-layout，页面进入恢复模式（顶栏切模式后取消重启同样受影响）

stable 与 beta 同步修改。

xipian-air a6ac2e86f2 feat(desktop): integrate official rc2 onboarding and refresh AA main 
Reuse official onboarding surfaces, navigation and login across Desktop editions while preserving per-profile setup triggers. Keep Stable and Beta login uninterrupted, use the official restart toast, and show correct option cursors.

Expose official schedule plugin components with localized descriptions, fix portal watchdog detection, and package AA main eba5960 with the staging age-gate policy. Validate builds, workspace typechecks and tests, browser flows, variant alignment, AA checks and immutable installation.
